The staff provided cheerful service, always smiling and accommodating my requests with ease.
While the rooms were modern and spacious, I found the nightly rate a bit on the expensive side, which took away from my overall experience. The membership-only restriction for the garden area felt exclusionary. I also noticed that the bar seating was limited, especially during busy hours, less enjoyable to relax there.

The staff was amicable and brilliantly friendly all the time. Magnificent and great location in the middle of jackson was a plus. Also, the hotel was situated 20 minutes walk from tourist destination Mukunga Shopping Center...

Loved the location. Just five minutes from Wilson Airport made my early flight stress-free. A amazing stay by the runway
Waking up to the gentle roar of small planes taking off was an unexpected delight. The warm staff this an lovely experience.
The membership-only restriction for the garden area felt exclusionary. I also found the bar seating limited, especially during busy hours, less enjoyable to relax there.
